How to Purchase a Good Concrete Brick Machine?

To understand a concrete brick machine, it’s important to know its components first. A concrete brick machine consists of the main machine, feeding machine, board transfer machine, molds, pump station, and computer control system. The main machine serves as the foundation, supporting all the auxiliary equipment from top to bottom and front to back. The feeding machine ensures that raw materials are evenly distributed into the mold. Molds are essential for forming the various types of bricks. The board transfer machine transfers the boards to the mold and then moves the finished products from under the mold to the transport vehicle. The pump station, which serves as the heart of the hydraulic system, powers all operational movements. Finally, the computer acts as the brain of the concrete brick machine, controlling all its actions and functions.

Good Concrete Brick Machine

When purchasing a concrete brick machine, the quality of the machine is as important as the price. However, many new buyers may not know how to properly evaluate the quality of a brick machine. In this article, we will discuss the key factors to consider when buying a concrete brick machine.

Key Considerations When Choosing a Concrete Brick Machine:
1. Drive System: The drive system should operate smoothly without any unusual sounds or vibrations.
2. Oil Leakage: There should be no oil leakage in any part of the machine. The mechanical drive system should have no more than one oil leak, and the hydraulic drive system should have no more than two.
3. Chain-Driven Systems: In chain-driven systems, the chain and sprockets should not show signs of wear or damage. The chain tensioning device should be easily adjustable, securely connected, and well-lubricated.
4. Belt-Driven Systems: For belt-driven systems, the pulleys should be properly aligned, evenly stressed, and easily adjustable in terms of tension.
5. Guide Pillars: The guide pillars should be well-lubricated and properly fitted, ensuring smooth operation without any jamming or shaking.
6. Reducer Performance: When the reducer operates under rated conditions for one hour, the oil temperature in a gear reducer should not exceed 40°C, and in a worm reducer, the oil temperature should not exceed 60°C. The maximum oil temperature should not exceed 85°C.
7. Hydraulic System: The hydraulic components should be neatly arranged with clear piping and secure connections. The system should be easy to assemble and inspect, with a maximum hydraulic oil temperature not exceeding 60°C.

Appearance Quality of a Good Concrete Brick Machine:
1. Paint Finish: The paint should be even, smooth, and glossy. The surface should be dry, non-sticky, and free from wrinkles, peeling, missed areas, drips, or bubbles.
2. Casing: The casing should be free from hammer marks larger than 15mm or protrusions. The edges should be smooth and rounded, and the installation position should be correct, secure, and reliable.
3. Exposed Parts: All exposed parts should be rust-resistant, and the surface of castings should be smooth and free from sand holes, air pockets, or burrs.
4. Welds: The welds should be neat and free from defects such as missed welds, cracks, craters, slag inclusions, burn-throughs, or bite marks. The width of the welds within the same section should be consistent.
