3.5-ton mine dump truck (also called an off-highway mining truck) of Queen Machinery is certified for mining safety and purpose-built for the demanding conditions of mining transport. Powered by a 63-horsepower Changchai 490 engine and a Nanjing 130 gearbox with high and low-speed options, it adapts seamlessly to various working environments. The front and rear axles employ advanced 50 Ling technology, ensuring exceptional stability and long-lasting durability.
Constructed with thickened steel plates—6 mm at the bottom and 4 mm on the sides—and equipped with 7-piece front and 8-piece rear leaf springs, this truck delivers robust load-bearing capacity and excellent resistance to compression. Its overall dimensions of 3.95 × 1.35 × 1.3 meters (L × W × H) and cargo box measuring 2.4 × 1.3 × 0.45 meters make it versatile for a wide range of transport tasks. The reinforced frame, sized at 160 × 60 × 6 mm, combined with a 110 mm diameter hydraulic cylinder with a 900 mm stroke, ensures smooth and reliable hydraulic steering.
